Islamic Curriculum Development Council (ICDC)

Unifying Islamic Curriculum in Integrated Schools Across Kenya and Beyond.

We bridge the gap between religious and secular education

ICDC provides a cohesive, competency-based learning Curriculum, Content (books) and Assessments to help schools alleviate the burden of organising and delivering Islamic education.

Unified Curriculum

We provide standardized learning paths tailored for every grade level in Arabic, Quran, and Sharia Sciences (including Fiqh, Seera, Tawhid, and Hadith).

Learning Resources

We offer essential curriculum resources covering the entire spectrum of Islamic and Arabic education across all levels of learning.

National Exams & Certification

We formally evaluate and certify Islamic education through three major national examinations offered in Grade 6, Grade 9 and Grade 12.

Unwavering commitment to unifying Islamic Curriculum

“Our purpose is to weave the love of Islamic knowledge into the very fabric of formal education. We want to bring our schools together with one shared plan for learning. It is not just about having the same books; it is about working together as a community. We support our teachers so they can be their best, and we encourage friendly competition to help everyone improve. Our goal is for students to truly love learning and grow in their faith every day.”
